We absolutely loved staying at this 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, with a fantastic shopping mall just a few minutes' walk away. We also found plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it really convenient for exploring the city center. The room was beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed that provided us with a great night's sleep. Plus, they had tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area, so we had everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had. we had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to anyone.
Our stay at this hotel was simply excellent. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay.

Reception staff were excellent especially Tatiana. Ready to help, language was good, just what a foreign tourist requires. We didn't need a late checkout, but asked to come back to shower before our evening train. They allowed us. They were great.
The beds were quite hard, unforgiving.

For dinner we chose Krasna Hata, that was 300 metres from the hotel. Marvelous position: 5 minutes' walk to the metro. Honestly nothing too much trouble. Excellent place for a holiday in Ekaterinburg: D

Great breakfast selection and free coffee/tea available all day. Location close to a few restaurants and shopping center. Room was clean and had air conditioning which helped because it was very hot during the summer.
The bed was uncomfortable with overly soft pillows. We could hear the noise from the street and other rooms clearly.

This hotel has an amazing location, close to many places to eat and within walking distance of the city's main square. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice facilities and easy transportation options. Additionally, there is a big shopping mall nearby where I could find anything I needed.

This hotel is definitely worth a visit for its central location. It’s a stone’s throw from the biggest shopping mall and very close to the city center. The rooms are impeccably clean and in Western style décor. The staff offers great good support service and will attend to any issues when needed. The breakfast has a good variety of food, including an offer to warm up the eggs and sausages if needed.
Some of their rooms get a lot of street noise.

Great Value and Good Breakfast
For our romantic escape, we found this hotel to be great value for money. The breakfast was good and kept us going for a while. The hotel also had a nice view of the city from our room and we were able to easily walk to the main attractions and restaurants.
We did not have a good experience with the customer service at this hotel. The staff was unhelpful and not willing to go the extra mile for guests.
